The ceiling above the point load offered ample space, so no custom structural modifications were required. The only challenge arose when the interior point load could not align with the cinder-block wall in the basement. To ensure proper load transfer, we installed a small bridge steel beam to redirect the load safely to the foundation.

Even with this minor unforeseen condition, the project was completed within a few days, giving the homeowners a structurally sound layout and a clean foundation for their interior renovation.
