The Gaydon project was a straightforward structural renovation in a classic North York bungalow. The homeowners wanted to open up their main floor, and during our site visit we walked them through the different ways this could be achieved without posts or bulkheads, unlike the options they had been offered elsewhere.

We prepared the structural drawings, handled the building permit, and implemented a T-shaped LVL beam system to create a clean, open-concept layout. The installation was smooth, precise, and completed to engineered standards.
