The Maxim Crescent project came to us through a long-standing chain of trust, a family friend of the homeowner who had already worked with us on four previous structural projects. This history made the collaboration feel familiar from the start.

The goal was to open the main floor of a boxed bungalow. After preparing the structural drawings, permit documents, and all standard paperwork, the engineered solution called for a 25-foot flitch beam, a reliable choice for long spans in older bungalow layouts.

During implementation, our crew handled the demolition, extended the attic joists, a common requirement in this type of home, and completed a clean, precise installation. The team still remembers the thoughtful Christmas gift from the homeowners, who appreciated that the crew worked right up to Christmas Eve to finish the project on time.

It was a smooth, respectful collaboration, and we look forward to working again with this group of friends whenever they need structural support in the future.

  • Maxim Crescent, Scarborough

Alex and his team worked diligently on the project and provided first class quality and customer service. They will walk you through the process and give regular updates as the project progresses. All the appropriate paperwork was provided without hesitation. I would hire them again on the next project and recommended his services to my friends.
