The River Oaks Boulevard project was a straightforward, classic load-bearing wall removal in a suburban Oakville home. The homeowners had already prepared architectural plans with their preferred designer, and after interviewing several contractors, they were pleased to move forward with our team.

  • Structural Work

The implementation consisted of installing an approximately 18-ft steel beam flush within the ceiling structure. By concealing the beam between the floor joists, the main floor remained free of bulkheads and maintained a clean, continuous ceiling line.

The new open space allowed the kitchen to integrate seamlessly with the rest of the main floor, creating a brighter, more functional layout and improving the overall flow of the home.

If you’re planning a load-bearing wall removal or a flush steel beam installation in Oakville, we’d be happy to help you explore the safest and most efficient structural options for your renovation.
