The Steddick Court project was a straightforward structural wall removal in a typical suburban, wood-framed home. The homeowner wanted to open the kitchen and living room into one bright, modern space that would improve daily family life and increase the home’s long-term value.

In this case, the client was a structural engineer who prepared his own permit drawings and building permit. After meeting several contractors, he chose to work with us, a decision we appreciated and took seriously. The installation went smoothly, and we completed the beam work within a few days without any complications.
