Load-Bearing Wall Removal, Willard Avenue, Toronto

A mid-century double-brick home in midtown Toronto with a closed-off main floor. We removed every interior load-bearing wall using custom-made steel beams with engineered flanges for flitch-beam connections, combining T-shaped and H-shaped beam systems to distribute the load across multiple engineered support points.
